KoHo Pedagogy is an online educational platform based in the European Union, operating from Croatia. For over six years, we have been designing, developing, and delivering educational programmes for educators and parents.
Within the European educational platform KoHo Pedagogija® (KoHo Pedagogy), we have developed more than 70 courses, which you can explore on our website and Facebook page.
KoHo Pedagogy is led by Maja Jercic, a pedagogue, author of books on learning how to learn, and the creative manager behind the platform. Together with the content development and administration team, led by Niccol and Kelly Anne, KoHo continues to grow as a dynamic educational community.
The platform collaborates with more than 80 external lecturers and educational associates from various fields. Alongside them, hundreds of kindergartens and schools, as well as thousands of education participants, form a wider active community that continuously learns, connects, and develops through KoHo programmes and initiatives.
Our programmes cover a wide range of topics, including STEAM in early childhood and school education, art and creative expression, collaboration with parents, learning processes, emotional development, storytelling, professional development, inclusive educational practice, and more.
Our courses are primarily online and accessible regardless of time and location. At the same time, KoHo is not limited to the digital space. We also work on-site — in kindergartens, schools, institutions, and teams seeking learning experiences adapted to their specific context and everyday challenges. We offer closed online programmes tailored to the needs of individual teams, organisations, and communities.
KoHo is an educational brand with a clear identity, values, and direction — a place where professional expertise meets creativity, and theory meets practice. It is a platform that continuously learns, reflects on its work, and grows together with the community that shapes it.
Today, KoHo is expanding internationally, with courses available in English and Spanish, opening space for a wider global community of educators.
We design innovative educational formats, introduce new methodological approaches, and bring creativity into everything we do. By developing visual languages and pedagogical forms, we connect expertise, aesthetics, and meaningful learning — building a recognizable identity and authorship.
At the core of the KoHo approach is a pedagogical philosophy that evolves through experience, learning, and reflection. Our approach grows continuously, remaining grounded in professional knowledge while open to new insights and perspectives.
The KoHo approach is defined by balance — between theory and practice, and between established and innovative methods. We listen carefully to the needs of participants while also bringing professional perspectives that support their development. It is within this space between the familiar and the new that meaningful progress emerges.
Openness to the world is an essential part of the KoHo identity. We learn through engagement with different practices, cultures, and perspectives, while building international collaborations. At the same time, we value the richness of local educational practice and aim to share it globally.
We communicate clearly and consistently, responding to inquiries in a timely and thoughtful manner. We believe that quality communication builds trust, which is why we strive to be available, precise, and supportive in every interaction.
We believe in thorough, thoughtful work — without shortcuts. Our approach is built on consistency, patience, and dedication to creating educational content that has depth, quality, and lasting value in practice.
We believe in finding the right pace in learning — one that values quality over speed. Meaningful educational work requires time for reflection, connection, and development. That is why we approach the creation of our programmes carefully, allowing them the time to grow and mature.
